- How does FileReflex help me stay connected to my Desktop(s)?
FileReflex is an intuitive mobile application available for all popular Smartphones and Tablets which helps you to quickly search and view your desktop files, and print documents on the GO. FileReflex has a Windows Desktop application which needs to be installed and validated before using the mobile application.
- What are the steps involved in using FileReflex?
Register at www.filereflex.com
Download the desktop application and validate it
Activate your mobile device from registered email id
Share your desktop files from your desktop application and enjoy accessing files on mobile - What is the purpose of Activation e-mail?
The Desktop & Mobile devices registered with FileReflex, needs to be activated before the first use of the Application.

I am not able to access my desktop files when my Mac computer goes into sleep mode?
When your computer goes into sleep mode, network of your computer will be turned off. Please follow the steps below to use FileReflex:
Go to System Preferences and select Energy saver option.
Select computer sleep time as Never and close the window.
Now start the FileReflex Desktop software if it not started and you can use it even if your computer goes into sleep.
- Can Facebook credentials be used to register and login into FileReflex?
Yes.

Is the data end-to-end encrypted?
Yes, all data transmission using the cloud is encrypted using SHA1 - RSA Encryption (1024 Bits)

How do I configure the FileReflex Application for VPN/Blackberry Enterprise Server connectivity?
Goto Settings -> Connection

- Does FileReflex support consistent download of media files?
- How to remove access to the activated Mobile or Desktop Devices?
If you have lost your mobile device or want to disable access from your mobile device, please Logon to http://www.filereflex.com and select “Manage Mobile Devices” to disable the device. Similarly, you can select “Manage Desktop Devices” to disable access to your Desktop.

I am not able to get the print through my mobile, Do I need to have any software for this?
Microsoft Office should be installed on your computer in order to use Print option.

Can I use FileReflex even after the Trial period?
No, you have to buy the subscription to continue using FileReflex. Please buy the subscription from http://www.filereflex.com/mobile-application-download.html

You can add any number of desktop and mobile to your account. Please purchase additional licenses to add desktop and mobile client.
