1. What is FileReflex?
    FileReflex is a new paradigm in Mobile Interaction with Desktop computer. It allows users to access all their files in their desktops from their smart phones.
    It is a true anytime, anywhere access for your desktop files from smartphones.
  2. What is FileReflex Apps?
    FileReflex Apps are Windows / MAC Applications that are exposed using the FileReflex Platform. These apps are add-ons that can be searched and installed into the FileReflex Windows / MAC application.
  3. Which FileReflex Apps are currently available for the Smartphone?
    Files, Outlook and Print Apps are available to be remotely accessed.
  4. Which FileReflex Apps will be supported in the next versions?
    FileReflex Apps for Quick Books and iTunes will be available soon in our FileReflex Apps Store. We are planning to add more apps to FileReflex Apps list such as QRCode and Word Edit etc. You can search and install it right from your FileReflex desktop.
  5. How do I access my desktop files?
    An intelligent desktop service program allows users to access their files from the mobile smartphones. This desktop application runs as a background
    service and does not take up any room on the screen.
  6. How can I view the shared files in my desktop client?
    Right Click on the FileReflex taskbar icon and click on shared files.
  7. Does FileReflex support GPRS?
    Yes, FileReflex Mobile Client supports GPRS.
  8. Can I share more than 500 files from my desktop?
    You need to get the subscription model of FileReflex to share unlimited files.
  9. Not able to Connect to the application while trying to login from Blackberry?
    Go to Manage Desktop and turn off and on your connection (GPRS or WIFI).
    If still there is a problem?
    Go to options -> Advanced Option -> TCP -> Set your carrier APN.
  10. What are the types of smartphone supported?
    Currently Filereflex is available for IPhone (3.0 version) and Blackberry (4.5 version). Support for other models will be available soon.
  11. Can I share my Network Shared files?
    Yes you can share your local and network files.
  12. How can I identify whether my desktop server is running?
    Filereflex has a desktop service icon in the taskbar to indicate the status.
  13. Does FileReflex start when I startup my system?
    You can change the FileReflex startup preference in our FileReflex Application Prefrences tab
